Has anyone put 5,7hemi into 2nd gen or turbocharged a 360?

What's involved? A **** load of work. If you're doing the swap, factor the price of a new transmission. If you wanna try and run boost through the motor, I imagine you'll need to factor more than just a "bolt on" kit. Might need some internal work done on the motor to compensate for the extra pressure.
If you're legitimately looking to do either one of these, I'm guessing you don't need DF to tell you what's involved...

Find the thread by DDRI, he made the attempt at his, and after two years of working on it, finally had to give it up. (not because it couldn't be done, just his priorities were shifted.)
For the engine swap, you will need a donor truck. That will make sure you have most of what you need. The rest you will have to fabricate.

360 would probably survive low-boost applications without too much trouble. (less than 7PSI.) Beyond that, serious internal mods would be necessary. The stock heads are not the most reliable, and I would replace them with better units if you want more than that. Plenum would most certainly have to be addressed as well. (if not simply eliminated.)

It's just not worth it for a lousy little turbocharger.
