Hey guys the past couple days my trucks really been buggen me. It doesn't do it but every now and again sometimes more then other but when I'm driving down the road it'll seem it looses power and my truck will rev up about 2 or 3 hundred rpms. It'll go up then down up n down. But if I put pedal to floor it'll think about it then get up and go. Any idea what my problem could be ? I don't get it.
Very easy...located on the throttle body under the air filter...there is a plug connected to it...i forget which side its located on..check ur vacuum lines as well around that area
Drivers side of throttle body, three wire connector, and two screws. Buy a new one, disconnect battery, remove old one, install new one, reconnect battery, go for a ride.
I took one off my old motor and put it on but didn't disconnect battery cable and it still acted funny. Is it because I didn't take off the battery cables?
Well I replaced it with the other one from old motor and left battery unhooked whole time I replaced the sensor then hooked everything back up and didn't even get a mile down the road and it started acting up again. Now what could it be.
