Question of the Week: Would you be more inclined to be a Dart coupe?
Ive talked to a handful of people who dont like the new Dodge Dart because it is a sedan rather than a coupe. Whether you are bothered by the new Dart being a said or not, would you be more inclined to buy a new Dart if there was a coupe offered?

I would love it as a coupe. The problem is, the coupe would never last.
There are literally only three coupes that are successful: the Mustang, Camaro, and the Challenger.
There is also the Nissan Altima coupe and the Honda Accord coupe. Sales of coupes are spit in a swimming pool compared to the sales of sedans of any manufacturer. Sedans are more practical time and time again, and an individual that buys a coupe will have less need for utility than the regular person, so I think that having a hi-po little car that is punchy, and 4 doors would be a better choice than making it a 2 door.

I would look @ a 2dr. No small 4 dr excites me. I am over 6ft...275 lbs. I do have a Magnum...big doors. No b-piller @ my shoulder making me uncomfortable. Also..not convinced about an Alpa Chassie in the states. Vehicles I am fiddling with are Rampages and Shelby Chargers. Again...no b-piller taking up room.

If the coupe version had a Pentastar V6 and a manual, yes. Otherwise, no. It is underpowered, not very fuel efficient for what it is, the only thing about it that is Dodge is the badge as the engines are either a retuned Hyundai I4 or Fiat turbo I4, the transmissions are either Hyundai or Fiat, and the platform is a Fiat. If I wanted a Hyundai or a Fiat, I would buy either a Hyundai or Fiat. I want a Dodge not a car that is labeled as a Dodge; therefore, why would I want to buy a car that says Dodge which is in truth a Hyundai, Fiat, Mercedes, or Mitsubishi? History as shown that this strategy hasn't worked yet they never seem to learn from it.
