My back door hatch wont open. Not sure why any ideas on what it could be and is it an easy fix

 

your going to have to pop off the cover and check the latch mechanism, if theirs no power going to the locks its possible the connection came lose, if you have power to lock and its still not opening you will have to check to see if its disengaging the door from the latch mechanism.

 

I tried unlocking it with the key. I can feel it turn but the door wont open
