Why would dodge flat out lie to its customers faces?

 

Yeah, there was some discussion of that a while back. Seems Dodge uses some technicality or other to justify it. They don't seem to be able to stomache saying something like: "ooops, we screwed up, let us fix that...." Way too much to ask for.

 

lets sue........ false advertisement! lol

 

just like the mpg's on the window sticker, but I guess every manufacturer does that.

 

how long did it take for them to send you the build sheet? I requested one at least three weeks ago, got a reply within two days saying they got my message and nothing since.
