Default 2001 Dodge Stratus RT Coupe Error Code P0507

I recently bought a car from a co worker. When I first got it it needed some work. It had an EGR code. I replaced the EGR and the egr check solenoid circuit. After fixing that the car wouldn't start one day. I replaced the Mass Airflow sensor and it started right back up. After driving it for a while, the car idles high and gives the following code PO507. I brought my car into the shop. First replaced the Idle Air Control Valve. Then I got a rebuilt and reprogrammed ECM. After replacing thses parts I thoguh my code would be gone but it still isn't gone. The dealership and the shop told me that the ECM/PCM takes 300 to 500 miles to relearn what it is suppose to idle at. Im thinking there is either a vacuum leak or the throttle body is messed up. Any help would be appreciated since the shops and dealerships cant even figure it out.

Your car shares the same engine/chassis with the 2000-2005 Eclipse. Search club3g.com, Im sure a few others have run into this issue.
