Not sure if this has anything to do with the above code, but I started the truck w/a Viper remote start to let it warm up and then I shut it off w/the remote start probably 10 min later. Went to leave work half hour later and started the truck w/remote start got in truck and ck engine light was on. Stopped at O'Rileys and the code was a P2509. Could there have been a clitch in the computer system when I used the remote to shut off the truck? I did have the TIPM replace a few months ago, that had corrosion issues.

I also noticed if the key is in the ignition the truck will start with the remote but then shut off and it will actually try and start again. Is that normal w/the remote start? Since then I always make sure the key is out of the ignition. Truck was at a buddies house, thats why I left the key in the ignition.
