Smart key battery replacement

Smart key battery replacement
Does anyone know how change out the battery in the 09-11 smart-key fobs? Before I pry this sucker open, I'd like to verify that I'm not going to destroy it. It just made a journey through the washer, and a couple of minutes through the dryer. Amazingly it still works fine, but I would like to see if there is any residual water inside. (I can't imagine this thing being waterproof).

Here's how I opened my key fob:
Take out the emergency key that's held in the bottom of the fob.
Take one of those fake plastic credit cards that everyone gets in the mail and slowly work it into the fob where the key was until it slides in between the 2 halves of the fob case. Work it around the fob until it separates slightly, then just use your fingers to finish carefully pulling it apart. When you're done, the case just snaps back together.

1. With the RKE transmitter buttons facing down, use a
flat blade screwdriver to pry the two halves of the RKE
transmitter apart. Make sure not to damage the seal
during removal.
2. Remove and replace the battery. Avoid touching the
new battery with your fingers. Skin oils may cause
battery deterioration. If you touch a battery, clean it with
rubbing alcohol.
3. To assemble the RKE transmitter case, snap the two
halves together.
