33 vs 35 inch tires

I have a bully dog so the speedo is not a concern. I can have it programmed in 5 mins. But the MPG on the other hand :/

Didn't catch the MPG concern in the original post. Most of the MPG difference is going to be from the drag increased by the taller stance and the loss of "rake" that the level kit will give you.
There will be a slight loss due to rolling differences between the 33's and 35's but most of your loss will come from the actual lift.
If MPGs are your concern, forget the level, forget the body lift...
Oh and totally forget the STT tires, a soft aggressive tread is the number one killer of fuel economy.
You really need to decide if you want traction, a lift and an aggressive stance or fuel economy cause they are polar opposites...
I've got an awful lot of mods that help with MPGs: Headers, CAI, 4.56 gears, tuner, etc. and I get about 12.5 mpg in town and if I don't push it much over the speed limit I can eek out 16 mpg on trips.
A better comparison would be my Grand Cherokee. I put in 2" of lift and went to a much more aggressive tire (Nitto Terra Grapps) over the stock soccer mom BFG Traction T/A and lost about 3.5 mpgs...

well i have stock 3.92s with 6" suspension lift, 20" rockstars on 35" tires and well i avg 12mpg in town and around 14.8mpg highway. Also read all the mods i have on my truck in my signature line. I could most likely get better milage if i went up to 4.56s as each rim and tire on my truck are around 80lbs.

No problem, I edited my post btw...
Not trying to talk you out of a lift, 35s or a good, aggressive tire. But you asked...
The combo of the lift, tires and size you are talking about going to will put you in the ballpark of what luckydt and I are getting. I have a lot more performance mods, but weigh in at close to 7000#, so I'd imagine your mileage would be about the same.
If you can live with that, go for it!!!
