Default P0137 O2 Sensor Circuit Low Voltage (Bank 1 Sensor 2)

My engine light suddenly came on. Got the P0137 code. If left unchecked, could this be serious?
I've got a loud Raptor muffler on now and fixed up my air intake with a tube that comes to the front grill to give it more air (had it like this for2 months, but just came offhigh altitude where it was hot, down to the valley where it was cold)...would either of these have anything to do with it?

Thanks for all input.

I don't know how to reset the PCM, but when I went to drive the D today, the check engine light was off and seems to be staying off.
