yes it is the stock srt 4 kit that is actually my srt 4

anyhow, if you get the SRT front bumper be advised that the regular neon's hood is about 1" longer, and even though it MIGHT line up, it may look kinda funny. The SRT front bumper will fit though, although you will need to get the 03+ style headlights. also needed will be the SRT washer fluid resivor, as the regular neon resivor wont fit. side skirts will fit without issue. and the rear bumper will go right on, but youll need 03+tail lights. also, if you have the midwing on your car and want to put the SRT spoiler on, the bolt pattern is the same. you can also EASILY put the SRT exhaust on (since youll have the SRT rear bumper, your regular neon exhaust wont look right, if it even clears correctly)

also note, if you want to put SRT rims on, there are some rubbing issues, so you may want to upgrade to SRT suspension

I have a few items on my 04 sxt like a srt exhaust and spoiler and go over on 2nd gen neon section they know awhole lot better than these srt4 guys and gals about srt4 parts on sxts and so on.

yup, some people like building their SRT4 one piece at a time, there is much info onthe 2gn section. true as our SRTs already came with the parts on them. but that dosent mean we are stupid either guy

 

Wasnt sayin your stupid flamming since you have both a sxt and a srt4 just sayin others on this section wouldnt know very much about sxts . Anything from a srt4 can fit unto a 2nd gen neon some without anyproblem and some parts you have to modify.

 

different yet share alot in common. and like the bumper cover i got required some hammer modification, it did fit very easily. same for everything really. but your right about when you change one thing, sometimes it requires other things to be swapped at the same time (or modification of the part)
only issue with theSRT front w/o SRT hood is some alignment issues with the front part of the hood and the bumper. you can look at both the SXT and SRT hood side by side and see that the SXT hood is more of a V shape in the front. you can also tell the different hood lengths by looking at where the front lines up on the headlight (more specifically by the turn signal bulb) here are a few side-by-side photos:
